My passion for holistic health started over 20 years ago with Tai Chi, Qigong and meditation. My career has spanned a variety of healthcare settings, including: ambulance, hospitals, movement studios and rehab clinics.

In 2019, my own experience with pain, anxiety and burnout forced me to find a different way. I’ve come to see those challenges a gift. It began a journey of reconnecting to myself, releasing old wounds and discovering my soul’s purpose.

Now as a kinesiologist and integration coach, I’ve helped hundreds of driven achievers struggling with persistent pain and overwhelm to find a holistic path to more balance, ease, freedom and purpose. My trauma-informed system blends somatic therapies, functional movement, Tai Chi and Qigong to help you move through the blockages that are holding you back.

What if I miss a group call?

Calls are recorded, but live attendance is encouraged for power of group presence and resonance.

What are the program dates?

The group cohort runs September 15 – November 21.
The group sessions will be Wednesdays 5:30pm-6:30pm PT biweekly starting on Sept 17.
There will be a bonus wrap-up call on Friday, Nov 21st at 12:00pm PT.
Lessons and practices will be released weekly.
You can continue to review the lessons and practices as long as you like.

How much time is required?

How much time you put in is up to you. The group calls will last one hour biweekly. It is recommended that you set aside at lease one hour every week to engage with the lessons, reflections, practices and community.

How is this different from therapy?

This is a presence‑based, experiential process. We work with your whole system — body, breath, energy, and mind — to move from insight into embodied change.

What if I’m not sure it’s the right time?

You can always [book a clarity call] to explore and meet your coach before committing.

What if I find out it doesn’t work for me after I sign up?

If it’s not a good fit or you’re not 100% satisfied after the first two weeks, you can request a full refund. No hard feelings.
